Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after your order is placed. During high volume periods such as a product drop or sale, processing may take an additional 1 to 3 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

Free Shipping
Free shipping promotions will be clearly stated when available. These offers apply to qualifying orders before taxes and after discounts.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
BAYSIQ is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then email us so we can assist you.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot change the address after an order has been processed. Any orders returned due to an incorrect address will require additional shipping fees to reship.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact us at baysiqapparel@gmail.com and we will help you open a case with the carrier.
